Culinary

Job Title:	Restaurant Chef
Job Description:	Restaurant Chef This is the Head Chef in our Packards Restaurant. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience either as the Head Chef for Chef de Cuisine for an independent fine dining restaurant concept. Candidate will be able to run a restaurant as an independent unit in conjunction with the Restaurant General Manager. Must be proficient with product ordering and inventory controls. Person must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis and be able to work a flexible schedule based on business demands.

Banquets

Job Title:	Banquet Captain (PM)
Job Description:	Responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet functions, from start to finish. Duties include supervising banquet staff through all stages of the function, meeting with clients prior to and throughout, to ensure satisfaction, training of staff, implementing policies and procedures and coaching and counseling. Candidate must be well organized; detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be familiar with the fast paced environment of the banquet environment and be able to multi-task to manage multiple functions occurring simultaneously. Must have 1-2 years Banquet of F&B experience

Recreation

Job Title:	Recreation Supervisor/Naturalist
Job Description:	This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Recration in the direction of the Recreation team. Will lead both the Summer programs as well as the Pool staff. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience with supervisory skills as well as the ability to work outside for long periods of time. Under direction of the Recreation Supervisor, the Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club offers guests a unique opportunity to explore the natural history of Innisbrook through interpretive walks, bike tours and classroom sessions. Ideal candidate will not only have the supervisory skills above, but also an extensive knowledge of Flora and Fawna with either a degree in Biology or experience in natural interpretation.
