It’s led by Dawn Mercer — a Class-A PGA Professional with over 30 years of teaching experience — and ranked Top 25 in Golf Magazine’s best golf schools. Whether a private lesson or a four-day program, golfers of all levels will concentrate on improving the intricate mechanics and techniques of the game.

We have a “back-to-basics'' philosophy to develop a stronger swing and mental approach. Our staff examines each student’s technique (short game to full swing,) equipment and ball selection to assess your game. After that, we leverage a suite of leading-edge instruction, videos, computer swing and putting analysis, equipment, and methods, to then enhance your game.

Practice Areas

Whether you’re looking to simply warm up prior to your round or trying to solve a nagging hook or slice, consider visiting the main practice area, located near the Osprey Clubhouse. This 10-acre practice and instruction facility is available to guests prior to playing a round at the Island, North, or South courses, and it also serves as the primary practice spot for players without a tee time.

The main practice facility boasts 100% grass tees as well as putting, sand bunker, and chipping areas. And, as part of our service standard, our Golf Club Services staff will ensure that your clubs will be awaiting your arrival whether it is at the practice tee or on the first tee.
