^{What to Expect}

• ^Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 - 30 minutes before your appointment.
• ^Relaxation: Enjoy the steam room and lounge before and after treatments.
• ^{Technology-Free Zone:} Please turn off all devices. 

^{Recommendations}

• ^Preparation: Shower or steam beforehand to prepare your body for treatment.
• ^Hydration: Avoid coffee and alcohol prior to your treatment; drink plenty of water afterward.

Note: If you are delayed, your service will end at the scheduled time to avoid inconveniencing other guests.

^Arrival

• Guests will be required to arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior their service start time and will have access to the locker rooms to shower and/or change and will have access to the Relaxation Lounges. Guests that choose to utilize the wet facilities prior to service are welcome to check in at their preferred time.
• Please be mindful that arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time, so the following guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

^Amenities

• We provide a robe, sandals, and towels at check-in.
• Special attention to draping is practiced during all treatments for your comfort and privacy.

^{Medical Conditions}

• You will be asked brief medical questions at check-in. Please inform us of any conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments, or pregnancy.

^Valuables

• Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables. We do not assume liability for the loss of personal items.

^{Teen Spa Services}

• Ages 12–17 can enjoy makeup, pedicures, manicures, and hair services unsupervised.
• Supervision by a parent or guardian is required for massages, facials, and one-on-one services, as well as use of the Fitness Center.

^{Service Charge}

• A nonadjustable 20% service charge will be included on your service bill. Additional gratuities may be added at your discretion.

^{Cancellation Policy}

• If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of the treatment cost.
• To cancel, call 727.942.5258.

^{Locker Room & Facility Access}

• The Spa indoor Vitality Pools, Steam Rooms are available to use any time prior to or after services. Guests who have the last appointments of the day may use the facilities any time before their appointment.
• Guest that have booked only Salon services, do not have access to the Spa Facilities but are welcome to utilize the relaxation space.
• The Salamander Spa strives to create a space of wellbeing, relaxation and calm for all of our guests. To ensure the tranquility of the Spa Facilities, we ask guests to limit alcoholic beverages to 2 drinks maximum per guest, one complimentary and an additional beverage for purchase.

^{Cell Phones and Camera}

• To offer an atmosphere of tranquility, cell phone use is not permitted in the spa facilities or relaxation space.
• In order to protect our guest's privacy, cameras or video are not permitted in the locker areas and wet facilities.

Innisbrook Resort is a cashless facility. Transactions can be settled to your Innisbrook member account, guest room, or credit card. A credit card is required to reserve a service.
